The American Nurses Association (ANA) recently reappointed a prominent leader of the Barnes-Jewish College Goldfarb School of Nursing to the board of American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Michael D. Ward, PhD, RTR, FASRT, vice dean for student affairs and diversity and professor at Goldfarb School of Nursing, will serve as a public member on the ANCC Board of Directors. Michael D. Ward, PhD, RTR, FASRT, vice dean for student affairs and diversity and professor at Goldfarb School of Nursing, will serve as a public member on the ANCC Board of Directors.

“I am honored to continue to serve as a public member on the ANCC board and contribute to the growth and advancement of their programs,” says Dr. Ward. “I’ve enjoyed meeting so many wonderful nurse leaders, many of them I now count as friends.”
