Whether you’re starting your nursing journey or ready to take the next step, you can advance your career with education benefits designed specifically for BJC Health employees. 

Access the BJC HR Hub for common questions about tuition benefits. As a BJC Health employee attending Goldfarb, you qualify for the following:

  • Tuition and Certification Assistance  
    • Up to $4,500 per year in tuition reimbursement for full-time employees
    • Up to $2,250 per year in tuition reimbursement for part-time employees
  • Tuition Discount

Pathways to financial support

  • The BJC Full-Ride Scholars Program is available to applicants in the Accelerated and Upper Division BSN programs and offers up to 100% coverage of qualifying tuition and fees for selected students. The program is competitive and not guaranteed to all who apply
    • Students who accept a BJC Full-Ride Scholar award and are current BJC employees will forfeit other BJC educational benefits with the College, including the 20% tuition discount and eligibility for tuition reimbursement
    • In addition, BJC Full-Ride Scholar recipients are required to commit to a three-year employment agreement with BJC following graduation and successful completion of the NCLEX
  • Goldfarb applicants and eligible BJC Health employees may apply for a range of additional scholarships, based on employment status and program of study
