Maria Turner, MSN, RN joined Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College from BJC Hospice where she worked as a team leader.
Turner has been a part of the BJC HealthCare system for over five years. In previous positions, she worked as an oncology staff nurse at Barnes-Jewish Hospital before transferring to BJC Hospice. In hospice, she was first a staff nurse before becoming a team leader.
From her careers prior to nursing, she has extensive experience in counseling, communication, training and relationship building. She also has experience in strategic planning, negotiation and information systems.
Turner received her bachelors of science in nursing from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College and her masters of science in nursing leadership from Webster University.
