Goldfarb’s MSN Program Earns Ranking

Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College’s Master of Science in Nursing program is now ranked as a “2019 Best Nursing Schools” in nursing by U.S. News & World Report. Goldfarb’s master’s program is listed 146 out of 220 programs in the U.S.

Rankings are based on factors including, but not limited to, mean undergraduate GPA, research expenditures, faculty credentials and peer reputation.

At Goldfarb, our master’s classes seek to further develop nurses’ analytical skills, relate theory to practice, and conduct research. Our graduates are prepared to assume complex professional roles in a variety of settings – whether in advanced nursing practice, nursing education or management and leadership.

In 2017 the adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner, adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner and nurse anesthesia programs’ students all achieved 100% pass rates on their certification exams.
