Ms. Rotter oversees the administrative functions of the CSI including the annual budget, management of the CSI department, scheduling and utilization of the labs by both internal and external groups. She is actively involved in interprofessional collaborations as well as various research projects to advance nursing education through simulation and evidence-based research practice.
